The participants were equipped with sound knowledge of how to solve optimization problems and carry out linear programing problems in lingo software. Minimizing and maximizing the  ive function, and analyzing the slack and surplus entities, are among the major areas of concern while conducting a lingo software coding event, says the trainer (Jorge).

The training was attended by international students from various academic disciplines including among others, Geology, Petroleum, Geoscience, Chemical, Mechanical, and Management. In his closing remarks, the president of ISAIP called upon international students to join the ISAIP committee since some of the committee members will be graduating soon. ISAIP looks forward to always organizing even better events.
